I really admire the amount of thought that went into the design of this pan, the handles are placed so that they are not flush with the counter when you flip the pan over, making it much easier to lift back up.
I couldn't agree more. Everyone knows the best part of the lasagna is the edge pieces. They seem to taste better with that little crispy edge to it. The same goes for brownies. This pan would allow every piece to have a delicious crispy edge. HEAVEN!
